  • What are the showtimes?

Saturday, May 13, 2023, 10 am – 5 pm & Sunday, May 14, 2023, 10 am – 5 pm

  • What is Calgary Maker Faire?

Calgary Maker Faire is a family friendly event, with lots to see and do for both adults and children.

  • What types of exhibits are there?

Most Makers are not selling what they are exhibiting and most hands-on activities are free, however it doesn’t hurt to bring some cash should you see something for sale you just must have and for Maker Faire Calgary merchandise like shirts, posters, and the such.

  • Is there parking?

There is parking available on the Stampede Grounds and around the neighbourhood.

  • Is there a bus stop nearby?

The Erlton / Stampede Calgary LRT station is just a small walk to/from the BMO Centre.

  • Will food be served?

There will be a food concession inside Hall F near the front. Food trucks will also be serving your favourite food just outside the doors of the BMO Centre.

  • Is weather a factor?

Weather will not impact the event as the majority of exhibits are indoors.

  • Are strollers and backpacks allowed?

Strollers, and backpacks are allowed.

  • Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed, for their safety. Service animals are welcome.
